Operations Manager – Pumping Division

The Operations Manager – Pumping Division is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale pumping operations, including district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding and hydrotesting, and high-volume water transfer for oil & gas and unconventional projects. The role holds full accountability for operational planning, execution, HSE compliance, cost control, and client coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years experience in pumping, dewatering, water transfer, or pipeline operations.
• Proven leadership in district cooling flushing, pipeline flooding & hydrotesting, and oil & gas water transfer projects.
• Strong experience working in Saudi Arabia / Middle East.
• Solid understanding of pumping systems, pipelines, flow control, and pressure testing.

Preferred

• Experience supporting unconventional oil & gas / fracking projects.
• Prior operations management role with P&L or cost accountability.
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
• Located anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
