Job summary

Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced SIEM Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain our SIEM platform. You will own log onboarding, build custom rules, and ensure SOC tools run smoothly to protect enterprise assets.

Responsibilities include platform design and upgrades, integration work, MITRE ATT&CK-based modeling, and data governance to meet compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong cybersecurity and IT discipline understanding.
• Experience with log management, threat detection, and incident response.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools and logging capabilities.
• Knowledge of SIEM concepts and use-case development.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, patch, and upgrade the SIEM platform and agents.
• Onboard logs, map hierarchies, classify log sources.
• Build API connectors and parsers for non-standard sources.
• Develop use cases and SIEM detection rules (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Troubleshoot issues across log sources and SOC tools.
• Manage data retention, backups, and archival configurations.
• Raise change tickets and prepare assessment reports.
