Job summary

Qualifications
- Professional Practice Model requires 3 years of experience.
- International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification (Mandatory for Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Competency).
- ELNEC End-of-Life Care Training to be completed within one year of hiring.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned units nursing practices.
- Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
- Pursue high staff engagement.
- Obtain high patient experience.
- Achieve and sustain high quality of care and patient safety.
- Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the hospital nursing.
