Job summary

Healthcare Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Laboratory Technician to join the Laboratory Services department. The role is on-site and full-time, reporting to the Laboratory Services Supervisor, and involves performing tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment for patients.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Saudi licensure, and a current BLS certificate, with at least two years of clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Board certification and current license to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a medical technologist in a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical laboratory tests for diagnosis and treatment using standard techniques.
• Prepare specimens and perform analytical tests using manual and automated equipment.
• Draw blood and handle specimens with proper labeling and storage.
• Review requisitions for routine and special diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and report results to clinical staff.
