Job summary

BITECH Middle East is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant for an on-site role in Riyadh. You will assess and enhance security across client environments, including networks and applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement controls and best practices.

The role requires strong security knowledge, vulnerability assessment skills, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly. On-site work in Riyadh with growth opportunities in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with network security including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Proficiency in application security, secure coding concepts, reviews, and testing.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and risk prioritization.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with clients in banking, finance, or government is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve security posture of client environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and analyze security risks.
• Recommend remediation measures and support implementation of controls.
• Prepare clear security documentation and reports.
• Contribute to security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Educate teams on security awareness and support ongoing monitoring and incident response.
