The Accountant role at شركة مرحبا السعودية للتطوير العقاري in the Riyadh Region focuses on day-to-day financial operations for real estate and hospitality projects, including ledgers, transactions, and timely financial statements. You will manage payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, budgeting support, and cost control while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and internal policies.

On-site collaboration with finance and operations teams is essential.

Formación

• Experience in financial accounting and general ledger maintenance.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for real estate or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia local standards, tax regulations, and audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; SOCPA/CPA/CMA is a plus.
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Strong Arabic and English communication.

• Prepare periodic financial statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts and track expenses, supporting budget preparation and cost control.
