Job summary

A Saudi Arabian client in heavy industry seeks a Welding Supervisor to oversee offshore jacket fabrication. You will supervise welding operations, ensure compliance with WPS and project specs, and coordinate with QC and NDT teams.

Responsibilities include managing manpower, monitoring productivity, and aligning daily progress with production targets while adhering to Saudi Aramco standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding procedures and welder qualifications.
• Experience in fabrication quality requirements and offshore structures.
• Supervising welding teams in heavy industry or shipyards.
• Ability to manage manpower, productivity and welding schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all welding operations during offshore jacket fabrication.
• Ensure all welding activities comply with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and project requirements.
• Manage welding teams, allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with QC and NDT teams to ensure weld quality and timely inspections.
• Monitor daily welding progress and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.
