Job summary

Duruper is seeking an Offshore Mechanical / Electrical professional to support offshore Oil & Gas project operations. The role involves equipment maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with project specs, technical standards, safety requirements, and Saudi Aramco procedures.

You will coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, maintain inspection and maintenance records, and support safe offshore deployment on the required rotation schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree: minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma: minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Oil & Gas offshore experience preferred.
• Familiarity with offshore HSE requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical equipment operations, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and other mechanical systems.
• Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and safety risks.
• Ensure activities comply with procedures, specs, and industry standards.
• Maintain inspection reports, maintenance records, and technical docs.
• Support offshore electrical operations, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect electrical equipment: motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, panels.
• Identify and report electrical faults and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure electrical work follows procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain electrical inspection records and maintenance documentation.
• Follow offshore HSE procedures and client requirements; coordinate with teams.
• Support safe and efficient offshore operations with rotational schedule.
