Job summary

International Maritime Industries (IMI) seeks an experienced bending supervisor to drive line heating operations on offshore/oil & gas projects. You will lead a technicians team, coordinate with engineering and production planning, and ensure strict adherence to drawings, codes, and IMIMS quality standards.

The role requires 9+ years in relevant industries, strong safety focus, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 9 years in offshore oil & gas construction or shipyard/repair.
Experience in line heating and bending operations.
Knowledge of bending processes, symbols and related equipment.
Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to supervise and lead a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

Work with supervisor and project team to execute projects safely, on time and within budget.
Ensure all works follow drawings, codes and IMIMS requirements.
Determine equipment or method based on project needs.
Obtain valid work permits before activities.
Attend safety meetings and manage job risk levels.
Follow drawings and codes for task execution.
Monitor material usage to anticipate shortages and address early.
Verify finished work meets IMI quality standards.
Inspect equipment/tools before and during use and keep them in good condition.
Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) compliance.
