Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer (OCI) with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to build, manage, automate, and support enterprise OCI environments. You will provision resources, automate with IaC, and secure cloud operations while collaborating with dev teams.

The role emphasizes OCI services, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security, with exposure to at least one secondary cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Join a growing cloud practice in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on cloud/platform engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years OCI exposure or strong cloud experience with OCI awareness.
• Experience supporting production environments and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage OCI resources including Compute, Storage, VCN, LB, and databases.
• Develop IaC modules and automate tasks using Python, Bash, Ansible, and cloud tools.
• Support CI/CD deployments via OCI DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Monitor environments with OCI Monitoring/Logging/APM and related tools.
• Implement cloud security controls and assist migrations to OCI.
• Collaborate with application teams deploying workloads on OCI services.
