Job description
Responsibilities
- Administer first aid treatment for injuries and illnesses
- Assess and stabilize patients until emergency medical services arrive
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Provide health education and advice
- Monitor employee health and well-being
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Respond to emergencies such as accidents, medical emergencies, and natural disasters
- Coordinate with emergency services
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Prepare incident reports
- Track and analyze health and safety data
- Promote health and wellness initiatives such as vaccination programs and health screenings
- Educate employees on health and safety practices
