AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About the Role
We are looking for a vigilant, guest-focused, and confident Night Manager to join the leadership team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the resort, ensuring safety, service excellence, and seamless coordination across departments during night hours. You will be the senior leader on duty at night, acting as the point of contact for both guests and colleagues, and ensuring a smooth transition into the morning shift.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and manage all resort operations during night shifts to ensure smooth and safe overnight experiences for guests and colleagues.

  • Ensure that all guest requests, incidents, and emergencies are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with resort standards.

  • Conduct nightly audits and reviews of financial reports, guest folios, and system handovers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Supervise and support night shift colleagues across Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering, maintaining high levels of communication.

  • Be the primary decision-maker in the absence of senior leadership, acting as the resort s Duty Manager.

  • Liaise with incoming early arrivals and manage late-night check-ins and check-outs with attention to guest preferences.

  • Maintain close coordination with Security to ensure guest safety, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.

  • Provide handover briefings to day shift managers and ensure clear documentation of all significant overnight occurrences.

What You Bring

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of Front Office or Rooms Division leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-resolution skills under pressure.

  • A calm and professional demeanor with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Familiarity with PMS systems (preferably Opera), Microsoft Office, and basic auditing procedures.

  • Fluency in English is required.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time leadership role with overnight working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
