Job summary

The role requires strong graphic design and video editing skills, plus proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for social media.
• Ability to adapt master creatives into multiple formats and placements.
• Strong understanding of social media aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with bilingual design capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.

Chain Reaction is looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented designer with strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and social-first content creation. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms, adapting creative concepts for different formats and placements, and delivering engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong video editing skills with DaVinci Resolve
• Good understanding of motion, pacing, transitions, and social-first video editing
• Strong visual composition, typography, layout, and color grading skills
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, and YouTube
• Ability to create static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and short-form videos
• Experience working with bilingual (Arabic & English) designs
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Adaptation & Production Skills

• Experience adapting master creative into multiple formats and placements
• Strong understanding of social media aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform requirements
• Ability to resize and optimize assets across platforms
• Experience creating paid-media adaptations while maintaining brand and messaging integrity
• Ability to edit and repurpose existing video content into platform-specific cutdowns
