• Execute the removal and installation of electric motors and associated equipment while adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough inspections of motor components, identify wear and tear, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements to prevent future failures.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including repair logs, testing results, and parts used for effective tracking and accountability.
• Operate specialized equipment such as winding machines, growlers, and test benches skillfully to achieve accurate and efficient repairs.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand motor specifications and apply appropriate repair techniques.
• Repair and rewind electric motors, pumps, and alternators.
