The role requires leading initiatives from start to finish with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's or equivalent certification in project management or related field, plus at least 5 years of project management experience in modernization

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Raise local material requisition for projects.
• Conduct site surveys and compile reports.
• Ensure quality assurance across activities and adherence to standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Identify and resolve issues arising during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide training and development support to team members to enhance skills.

Job Summary: The Modernization Supervisor at Otis is responsible for overseeing and managing modernization projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Raising local material requisition

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Reporting: Regular updating of project status to senior management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
