Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate and execute technical projects in mining systems. You will oversee design, implementation, testing and handover, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will develop project plans, manage resources, monitor progress, mitigate risks and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the full lifecycle. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Mining / Electrical / Electronic), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years mining industry experience or related software/mining roles.
• Proficient in English; French and Portuguese are assets.

Responsibilities

• Actively support deployment of complex mining solutions.
• Provide system configuration and customization as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain software.
• Participate in onsite installations and risk assessment.
• Maintain technical knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
