Job summary

BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia seeks a Supervisor Type II (Metrology/Calibration) to lead calibration production for the RSAF, ensuring TMDE meets standards and traceability from SI units. You will oversee lab operations, mentor staff and coordinate with RSAF and MetCal Wing.

The role requires an HNC level or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering, five years of TMDE calibration and repair experience, plus two years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Higher National Certificate level or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or other appropriate qualifications.
• Five years' practical TMDE calibration/repair experience plus two years' supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with RSAF QM 4-7702 and RSAF Manuals 105-8, 67-1 and 78-series.

Responsibilities

• Provide metrology measurement, technical and strategic support to Calibration Squadron Commander.
• Perform laboratory and department administration and manage resources and staff.
• Review procedures to maximise performance and ensure timely customer support; use KPI analysis.
