Job summary

Sobi seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to provide scientific support to the MENAT field team and regional Medical Affairs, strengthening relationships with KOLs and delivering medical information in patients' interests.

The role involves coordinating with HQ on patient access, supporting local medical tactics, and representing Sobi at congresses to advance rare disease therapies. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine).
• Minimum 2 years as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
• Experience within GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse portfolios and meet medical KPIs.
• Strong operational discipline and execution skills.
• Alignment with Sobi core values (Care, Ownership, Urgency, Partnership, Ambition).
• Experience in haematology and rare diseases field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with KOLs and medical stakeholders.
• Share information with field and head-office teams about KOL interactions.
• Deliver high quality medical communications aligned with plans.
• Organize and execute center of excellence engagement plans.
• Support local medical tactics and input regional plans.
• Organize scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders.
• Support local market access, pricing and reimbursement activities.
• Contribute medical insights to regional and local programs ahead of launches.
• Attend local and regional congresses to represent Sobi and engage stakeholders.
• Assist with NPU coordination with senior medical leadership.
• Ensure ongoing training in local regulations and policies.
