Job summary

WSP is seeking a Commissioning Engineer in Saudi Arabia to provide technical expertise by reviewing contractor plans, procedures and logic sequences. The role includes attending inspections and tests, and anticipating issues based on prior commissioning experience with Open/Close Cycle Gas Turbine projects.

You will witness key testing hold points, maintain dashboards for progress, and coordinate across interfaces to ensure a cohesive system.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in commissioning and testing of gas turbine projects is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise by reviewing contractor plans, procedures and logic sequences.
• Attend inspections and tests and approve results.
• Adopt a proactive approach to anticipate issues based on past testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Witness key testing hold points and maintain a progress dashboard onsite for different testing stages.
• Coordinate to integrate all project interfaces into a cohesive system.
