Eram Talent is seeking an experienced MDM Product Specialist to manage and enhance Master Data Management solutions, ensuring data quality and governance for clients. You will collaborate with IT, data governance, and analytics to drive data management initiatives.

The role focuses on supporting product development, coordinating projects, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
• Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
• Support the product manager in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
• Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Master Data Management solutions, ensuring that our data quality and governance meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments, including IT, data governance, and business analytics, to support and drive data management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management principles, strong analytical skills, and experience with MDM tools and technologies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights and guidance on best practices in data management to support business operations and decision-making.
