We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing & Tenders Specialist, who is going to be based either in our Dubai or Riyadh office. You will be reporting to the General Manager of the Middle East Region. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities*** Identify growth opportunities, customer segments, threats, and competitive positioning; summarize findings into clear recommendations and briefs.* Collaborate with sales and product teams to support campaign planning and execution.* Conduct Market Assessment initiatives, including market sizing (**TAM/SAM/SOM**), **PESTEL**, **SWOT**, and analysis of market dynamics to guide portfolio and campaign decisions.* Supporting Product Demonstrations: Participate in **workshops**, events, and **promotional activities** to demonstrate product use and benefits.* Prepare and maintain customer-facing commercial proposal packages, including product positioning, value propositions, and required documentation aligned to customer requirements and internal policies.* Coordinate with distributors and partners to support commercial initiatives (e.g., NDAs, confirmations of interest, documentation alignment) and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the opportunity lifecycle.* Manage and update **social media platforms** while monitoring overall digital marketing performance (including SEO, PPC, email, and social channels).* **Marketing Events & Activation Planning:** support planning and execution of promotional events, workshops, and speaking engagements; track impact and follow-up actions with Sales.* **Analyze marketing data** (campaign performance, customer behavior, sales trends, Competitor Activities) using statistical tools and techniques.* **Tender Management:** + Conduct marketing activities: creating awareness and positioning the product with key stakeholders through targeted campaigns, educational content, and engagement initiatives. + Assists in preparation and/or review of tender documentation, packages comprising of instructions to bidders, contract form, General Terms Conditions, bid forms. + Maintain tender management tool for: Business analysis, quotes record, product performance and tender trend analysis and monitor competitor tender activities.**Qualifications** **and** **E****xperience*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field* 2–4 years of multinational organization (healthcare industry, ideally medical devices sector) experience in marketing* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Fair knowledge of local business practices and legal processes* Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision* Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines**The Company**Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) is a health care services company that improves the cost-effectiveness of healthcare.
