Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced CRM Supervisor to take charge of lifecycle marketing across various CRM channels. The selected candidate will execute campaigns through app, email, SMS, and push notifications, ensuring effective engagement and retention strategies. A minimum of 6 years of CRM experience, particularly with Braze, is required. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and experience in app-based or subscription businesses. This position supports a dynamic marketing environment focused on data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with app-based or subscription businesses is highly preferred.
  • CRM certifications (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM campaigns across app, email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation).
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, churn, reactivation, frequency).
  • Maintain CRM calendars and operational excellence.
  • Support testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
