Overview
Our client, a global leader in Manufacturing of Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist based in Dammam – Saudi Arabia, preferred Arabic speaker.
Must Have
- Experience in Graphic design with knowledge of design principles, software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and the ability to apply these skills to create visually appealing designs.
- Required Core Software Skills: Basic design with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Video skills are a plus (Adobe After Effects); Technical drawing skills (AutoCAD, Blender, 3Ds Max) are also a plus.
- Creative capabilities: Ability to design brochures, exhibition stands, and roll-ups.
- Candidates will be evaluated on their core design skills during the interview.
- Experience working in Construction chemicals or Building material industry in B2B Marketing.
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Saudi Arabia.
Job Purpose
To support the Marketing Manager in executing day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating promotional materials, assisting with campaigns, conducting basic market research, and helping maintain brand visibility for the company’s products.
Job responsibilities
- Support with implementation of agreed Marketing plan.
- Support the company in branding activities, including TDS, Brochures, mockups and flyers.
- Support the company at seminars and trade shows.
- Marketing opportunities and ideas generation.
- Event coordination.
- Upload content for website, references and press releases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for promotional material and printing technical documentation.
Communications
- Develop and maintain relationships and contacts with the members of the commercial department, export department, sales team, product line managers as well as key customer groups to provide a marketing direction input to ensure the company grows and increases profitability in line with sales and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate all branded visual and printed materials, including store signage and appearance for the offices, factory.
- Ensure responding to direct marketing enquiries from either customers or colleagues.
- Where requested, work with external agencies, publishers, suppliers, media and marketing services providers to introduce and enhance the Company’s image and brand into the regional construction and building industry.
- Ensure that the visual identity of the brand within the Gulf Region is maintained in accordance with latest corporate guidelines.
- Coordinating with the procurement department for suppliers, LPOs, Marketing orders from HQ, etc.
- Assist in the planning, creation and organizing of literature and visual aids for new and existing product launches, exhibitions, conferences and training; targeted at internal and external customers. Working alongside the Business Development Director, Marketing Communications Manager, other Company’s Management team members as well as Company’s HQ Marketing and Technical Assistance Departments.
- Responsible for the visual identity including signage and appearance for the offices, factory, distributors.
- Coordinating with the finance department for the monthly marketing reconciliation and buying all events tickets online when required.
- Translating invoices, NOC’s, etc. from English to Arabic, when required.
- Product launches: Support in managing new and existing product launches, targeted at internal and external customers.
- Exhibitions & Seminars: Working alongside HQ in Europe in organizing and overall management of conferences, seminars and exhibitions for the GCC market.
