Alomar Holding Company is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to lead and unify all marketing activities for the holding and its subsidiaries. This role will build marketing strategies per company, lead campaigns, and manage all marketing initiatives—including exhibitions and events—across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Tasks
- Own the group-wide marketing direction and develop a clear marketing strategy for the holding and each subsidiary.
- Build annual/quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and execution roadmaps across multiple companies.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, paid media, email, PR, partnerships) and optimize performance.
- Plan and manage exhibitions, events, and sponsorships including concept, booth requirements, content, logistics coordination, and post-event ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and identity for “Alomar” and aligned sub-brands where applicable.
- Coordinate with company leaders and sales teams to align marketing with pipeline targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the marketing budget across subsidiaries; allocate spend based on impact and ROI.
- Oversee content and creative production (corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, videos, website content, social media).
- Manage agencies and vendors (creative, media buying, production, event organizers) and ensure quality and deadlines.
- Set and track KPIs (leads, CPL/CAC, conversion rates, engagement, brand awareness) and deliver regular performance reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research for each business line and translate insights into actionable plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with strong ownership of strategy and multi-channel execution.
- Proven ability to manage marketing across multiple businesses/brands with different markets and customer segments.
- Solid experience in events/exhibitions management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on performance tracking and ROI reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills; able to manage vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with marketing/analytics tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, email platforms).
- Preferred: experience within holding groups and/or industries such as real estate, construction, services, retail, or e-commerce.
