In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and enhancing the customer experience through innovative programs and features. Leveraging data and performance tracking, you will identify growth opportunities and implement new ideas to propel the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchandising activities to support promotional events and marketing campaigns.
  • Design, lead and implement customer experience enhancement/improvement projects.
  • Create and analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction.
  • Partner with various technical and business teams to build supporting automation.
  • Define the strategic roadmap to improve Customer Experience.
  • Influence program roadmaps and technical teams and manage key stakeholders worldwide.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.
