شركة رائدة في السعودية تبحث عن أخصائي عروض بحرية ودفاعية ذو خبرة واسعة في العطاءات البحرية والعسكرية. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادراً على دراسة مستندات العطاء، وتحليل المتطلبات، وتنسيق مع الموردين. يجب أن تكون لديه مهارات تفاوض قوية وفهم شامل لعمليات تقديم العطاءات. يتطلب هذا الدور دقة عالية وتنظيماً جيداً، بالإضافة إلى مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

Qualifications

• يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة مثبتة في العطاءات البحرية أو العسكرية.
• يفضل أن يكون لديه خلفية في إدارة المشتريات أو العطاءات.

We are seeking a highly experienced Marine & Defense Tenders Specialist with strong expertise in marine and military tenders. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently studying tender documents, analyzing requirements, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing complete technical and financial proposals for submission on official platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, study, and analyze marine and military tender documents in detail (RFP, RFQ, BOQ, technical specifications).
• Identify compliance requirements and ensure full adherence to tender conditions.
• Source required marine equipment, spare parts, and systems from multiple local and international suppliers.
• Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations (technical & commercial).
• Prepare technical offers, financial offers, and all supporting documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to finalize submissions.
• Upload and submit bids through government and military e-procurement platforms.
• Follow up on clarifications, amendments, and post-submission communications.
• Maintain tender documentation, pricing records, and supplier databases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marine and/or military tenders (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of marine equipment, systems, and spare parts.
• Excellent understanding of tendering processes, BOQs, and compliance matrices.
• Experience dealing with government or defense procurement platforms.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with naval, coast guard, military, or defense-related projects.
• Background in procurement, sourcing, or tender management within marine industries.
• Familiarity with international suppliers (Asia, Europe, Middle East).
