Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in safety programs.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Operate and monitor process equipment and control systems as needed.
• Read production schedule and set up products for the day’s run.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, noise, and heat.
• Assist with machine maintenance and use hand tools when needed.
• Lead shift hand-offs and support team leadership.
