CDHORIZON in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead local procurement, logistics, import/export, and dispatch operations.

You will develop local supplier resources, optimize processes, and strengthen supply chain capabilities while driving cost control and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, supplier management, and leadership of a high-performing team across in-country operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement & logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and import/export operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the in-country supply chain strategy in alignment with headquarters’ direction and business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, import/export, and logistics networks to ensure efficient, stable, and cost-effective operations.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, development, and relationship management.
• Drive continuous improvement across the supply chain by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Provide strong leadership to build a high-performing team and manage risk across the function.
