The Role

The Managing Director will assume full P&L responsibility and lead all aspects of manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain operations. This role will oversee production efficiency, quality assurance, procurement, sales, and distribution. A key focus will be improving operational margins, strengthening leadership capability, and driving disciplined execution across the plant and commercial teams.
