The role involves leading a team of specialists, overseeing engagement initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making for SME Sales Excellence.

Skill Development for SME Sales Excellence

• Identify department-specific training needs and align them with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute targeted training strategies for SME sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze post-training impact using KPI measurements.

SME Team Engagement & Collaboration Initiatives

• Lead sales-focused engagement initiatives such as workshops, recognition programs, and leadership activities.
• Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans to boost morale and performance.
• Support SME Sales leadership in building a high-performance team culture.

Sales Team Performance Enablement

• Define and implement performance tools and frameworks for SME sales teams.
• Provide structured leadership coaching and continuous development programs.
• Align performance initiatives with business targets to maximize sales efficiency

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Engage with SME Sales leadership and HR teams to align training and development strategies.
• Oversee vendor partnerships for learning and training solutions.
• Ensure alignment of training investments with business growth priorities

Metrics and Reporting

• Develop real-time dashboards to monitor progress on training effectiveness.
• Implement reporting frameworks to track learning KPIs and business impact.
• Ensure continuous performance evaluation of all training, engagement, and enablement activities
