Job summary

ASMACS is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager for a long-term oil & gas/refinery project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on leadership to oversee EPCM activities, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and safety teams, and ensure project milestones are met with strict adherence to HSE standards.

Candidates should have 10–15 years of relevant experience, Gulf exposure, and an engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in O&G projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in EPCM projects preferred.
• Any engineering degree or diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead site management for oil & gas/refinery projects.
• Oversee EPCM activities and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
