About the Role

Are you driven to shape reward strategies and organisational structures that enable high performance and sustainable growth?

As part of this role, yours is a role which will lead the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programmes, whilst shaping organisational structures and job architecture that support our strategic ambitions.

A key responsibility will be to manage pay and benefits frameworks, including salary offers, promotions, and incentive programmes, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, budget discipline, and regulatory compliance.

Partnering with stakeholders, you will support the governance and continuous improvement of reward policies and performance management systems linked to reward outcomes.

Alongside our Rewards team, you are expected to play a pivotal role in organisational design, assessing structures, spans of control, and reporting lines to enhance agility and operational effectiveness.

Further, you can expect to oversee job evaluation and job architecture processes, ensuring role clarity, consistent grading, and alignment with established methodologies. Through workforce planning, capability mapping, and robust reporting, you will provide data driven insights that inform decision making and strengthen organisational governance across the airline.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years in rewards, compensation, or organisational design ideally within the aviation sector.

You are expected to conduct assessments of current structures and recommend improvements to enhance agility and efficiency.
