Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering is seeking a Process Design Reviewer to oversee and approve the overall treatment process design, ensuring alignment with project standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves reviewing Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, contract documents, and Design Basis Establishment, and performing process calculations, equipment sizing, and membrane system assessments to guarantee compliant and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Review and approve overall treatment process design.
• Review Employer's Requirements, Technical Specifications, and Contract documents.
• Perform process calculations and equipment sizing.
• Ensure design meets applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve the overall treatment process design.
• Review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P IDs).
• Conduct mass balance, energy balance, and hydraulic reflections.
• Size equipment, tanks, pumps, membranes and dosing systems.
• Verify energy consumption and duty calculations for process units.
