Shras Its in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated ManageEngine specialist to deploy and operate ManageEngine across our managed-services clients. This role involves configuring modules, building dashboards and integrations with ServiceNow and Jira, and owning L2/L3 incidents to ensure reliability.

You will train client teams on day-to-day administration and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable monitoring and automation solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience with ManageEngine.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Python or shell.
• Experience deploying modules across client portfolio.
