Job summary

Napco National is seeking a maintenance technician to perform repair tasks and support the maintenance team in achieving uptime targets. You will follow work instructions and machine manuals, troubleshoot with supervisors when needed, and ensure documentation and housekeeping standards are met.

The role requires technical institute training, strong basic math and reading abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or diploma from a technical institute is required.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills are needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair tasks from Maintenance team lead and perform repairs per WI and manuals.
• Seek lead technician or team leader assistance for troubleshooting as needed.
• Request spare parts using the requisition form and obtain pre-approval.
• Clean the work area after repair as per cleaning WI.
• Record finishing time, task details, and any findings in the Repair Request Form.
