Job summary

A regional air navigation service provider in Jeddah seeks a Maintenance Planner to support the development of maintenance plans. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and a Technical Diploma in a related field. Qualifications

  • A Technical Diploma in a related field or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Understanding of CNS-ATM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support Maintenance Planning in developing the Maintenance Plan.
  • Translate the MED Maintenance Plan into a Sector Maintenance Plan.
  • Monitor and refine the sector maintenance plan based on evidence.
  • Ensure compliance with SQE procedures for health and safety.
  • Conduct activities in compliance with policies and procedures.
Job description
Key Accountability Areas
Maintenance Planning
  • Support Maintenance Planning in the development of the Maintenance Plan by providing them with all relevant data and inputs required to ensure that issues and challenges faced by the Sector are properly captured and addressed in the Plan
  • Translate the MED Maintenance Plan into a Sector Maintenance Plan to guide all maintenance activities within the Sector
  • Follow-up on the delivery of the maintenance plan within the sector and ensure that deviations are identified and addressed in a timely fashion
Plan Assessment and Coordination
  • Monitor, assess and refine the sector maintenance plan based on in-service evidence
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Planning to keep them informed of any delays or modifications to the maintenance plan
  • Liaise with internal and external colleagues/contractor/suppliers/partners to ensure maintenance delivery
Record and Planning
  • Develop periodic reports outlining the maintenance plan delivery status, which will be shared with the Sector Manager and Maintenance Planning
Compliance and Safety
  • Comply with all relevant SQE procedures and controls to ensure employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, delivery of high-quality service and environmentally friendly behaviors
Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Knowledge and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance planning role.
Education and Certifications
  • A Technical Diploma in a related field or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Understanding of CNS-ATM systems
