Job summary

Linde plc in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Logistics/Planning professional to oversee safe and efficient transport operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with Linde standards, and drive digitalization and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the planning and logistics functions.

Candidates should hold an Engineering degree with a logistics focus; a Masters in Logistics is a plus. Strong collaboration skills and knowledge of local regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a technical university (industrial, mechanical, chemical, metallurgy or logistics).
• Masters in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Knowledge of local legislation and standards relevant to logistics.

Responsibilities

• Apply Linde Integrity criteria within all activities.
• Manage, check and approve transportation contractor performance.
• Monitor contracted and own fleet for safety and Linde standards.
• Ensure safe transport execution aligned with KPIs and safety rules.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in logistics and planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, IS, Fi-CO and other units; drive Lean Six Sigma, productivity, cost reduction & digitalization projects.
