Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures Development Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
  • Work Scheduling and Allocation Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
  • Data Collection and Analysis Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Internal Client Relationship Management Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Document Preparation Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
  • Improvement/Innovation Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
  • Needs Assessment Investigate questions relating to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Solutions Analysis Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Recommendations Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
  • Project Management Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
