Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Lifting Equipment Inspector Engineer based in Ad Dammām. In this role, the inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and certification of lifting equipment and cranes to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Day‑to‑day tasks include evaluating equipment conditions, preparing detailed inspection reports, identifying defects or hazards, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. Additionally, the inspector will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment inspection, crane safety standards, and applicable industry regulations
• Ability to assess equipment condition, prepare certification and inspection reports, and identify safety hazards
• Excellent technical analysis, risk assessment, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• High attention to detail, strong technical competency, and the ability to work independently on‑site
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology (Mandatory)
• Mandatory: Holder of three (3) valid LEEA certifications
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven hands‑on experience in lifting equipment and crane inspection
• Previous with Saudi Aramco or oil & gas projects is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage
