Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company in Riyadh is seeking a Legal Specialist to support the legal needs of our growing fintech and payments business. You’ll draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other documents, while ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulators.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, monitor regulatory developments including SAMA, maintain records, and coordinate with external counsel. The role requires Arabic and English communication and experience in fintech or financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as a Legal Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to different teams across Moyasar.
• Review business arrangements and identify potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments.
• Support matters related to SAMA and other regulatory authorities.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
• Support corporate governance and other legal activities as needed.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team at Moyasar and support the legal needs of our growing fintech and payments business.

You’ll work closely with different teams on contracts, legal documents, regulatory matters, and day‑to‑day legal support, helping ensure our business activities remain aligned with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
