Job summary

Noir KSA in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Barista with specialty coffee expertise to lead our coffee bar and mentor a team. You will craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, while delivering exceptional service and educating customers about our offerings.

The role requires at least 3 years as a barista, strong leadership, and a passion for staying ahead of coffee trends. Competitive salary and meal included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a barista with specialty coffee expertise.
• Advanced coffee brewing skills including espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and manual brewing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Knowledge of coffee origins, roast levels, brewing methods, and equipment maintenance.
• SCA certifications or equivalent qualifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee prep, latte art, and customer service.
• Maintain high quality and freshness of ingredients; calibrate brewing equipment.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service; educate on offerings.
• Assist in daily operations including inventory and cleanliness.
• Lead by example to motivate the coffee bar team.
