Job summary

jobr.pro is looking for a Smart City Solution Architect to design and guide integrated smart city solutions in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ICT architecture, proven ability to design complex solutions, and is bilingual in Arabic and English.

Your role will include leading architecture for mobility, energy, and digital services while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position requires technical leadership and strategic insight into urban innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ICT architecture or smart solutions design, with at least 3 years focused on smart city programs.
• Ability to design complex, multi-domain smart city systems and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and technology stacks relevant to smart cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of integrated smart city solutions across various domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
