Falakcart is a fast-growing SaaS platform empowering merchants with cutting-edge e-commerce technology to expand their reach and scale their businesses.

This role is a hands-on leadership position that will develop scalable Front-End and Back-End solutions, lead the technical direction of our B2B e-commerce platform, and mentor the development team while collaborating with management to translate business needs into engineering designs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Previous experience as Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong experience with PHP/Laravel and modern Front-End technologies.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs, Databases, Architecture, Cloud/DevOps, Security, and Performance Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Front-End & Back-End solutions.
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to System Architecture & Solution Design.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Guide, mentor, and technically support the development team.
• Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
