Job summary

A leading project management consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance for large-scale projects. You will inspect and monitor quality processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and conduct audits. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality management and project processes. This role is critical for maintaining high standards in project delivery.

Qualifications

General Description of Role and Responsibilities
  • Inspects the organization's quality processes to ensure that standards are being met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of project processes and products.
  • Specify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and Clients requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes.
  • Establish and maintain an internal audit plan to verify that organizational internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor project staff on quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on quality issues and performance.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience including as quality manager for large-scale projects.
  • Broad knowledge of the quality principles/tools and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning.
  • Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to reconcile nonconforming conditions.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and procedures.
  • Ability to issue NCR and follow up corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions which impact.
