The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years experience in project management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Strong project coordination skills and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years experience in project management within telecommunications or technology industries.
• Strong project coordination and analytical capabilities.
• Skilled in planning, reporting, and vendor management.
• Intermediate proficiency in project management principles and data analysis.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work within structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage low-budget and low-risk non-technical projects in line with project management procedures.
• Participate in developing project plans and processes for assigned initiatives.
• Review project data, identify trends or issues, and support action plan development.
• Monitor external consulting firms and update seniors on progress.
• Assess project health regarding schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Report deviations from targets to seniors and propose corrective actions.
• Support identification of scope changes and assist in planning adjustments.
• Supervise cost-benefit analyses for future projects and share findings with seniors.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Participate in medium-budget or medium-risk projects under supervision.
• Prepare standard project management templates for project phases.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving project management efficiency.
• Study and implement best practices in project management.
• Resolve escalated questions related to project management templates and standards.
• Collate approved technical reports for easy reference.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and operating procedures.
• Support risk identification and mitigation efforts for assigned projects.
