Qualifications

• 10 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.
• Experience in the EPC industry.
• High School/Vocational Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective implementation of works at fabrication workshops according to drawings, specs and standards.
• Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Supervise fabrication yard erection activities including fit-up, welding and lifting.
• Oversee installation operations within the fabrication yard, such as piping installation.
• Coordinate and facilitate interactions between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication activities.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure seamless progress of assembly stages.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Deliver accurate progress data for reports and communicate risks to management.
• Manage workshop production and optimize man-hours across projects.
