Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in cost estimation for MEP works.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Proven track record in tendering for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation for mechanical works in building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment.
• Prepare technically sound and commercially competitive bid proposals.
• Assist project team with cost control during execution phase.
