Job summary

Omrania designs and oversees landscape architecture and planning projects across the region. The Design Manager will lead day-to-day management, coordinating landscape and public-realm design from concept through IFC delivery, ensuring excellence, budget control, and full interdisciplinary integration.

The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in BIM and landscape disciplines, and effective communication with clients and authorities to deliver large-scale public-realm projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (required).
• Professional accreditation or eligibility preferred (CMLI, ASLA or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years total experience, incl. at least 3 years in design-management within the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management and coordination of landscape and public realm design.
• Coordinate early integration of civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team across Landscape, Irrigation, BIM, Visualization, CAD and Environmental specialists.
• Implement QA/QC and peer-review procedures at each design gateway.
• Represent the Landscape discipline in client and consultant meetings and manage expectations.
