Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support authorized databases and application components, including job scheduling, performance monitoring, and capacity management.
• Assist with patch implementation, deployments, backup validation, and recovery exercises.
• Coordinate capacity assessments and performance reviews to ensure system stability and scalability.
• Support security and access reviews in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.
• Assist in implementation and validation of patches, hotfixes, service packs, and minor upgrades.
• Participate in backup restoration and disaster recovery testing activities.
• Maintain technical documentation related to system configurations and procedures.

• Support authorized databases and application components, including job scheduling, performance monitoring, and capacity management.
• Assist with patch implementation, application deployments, backup validation, and recovery exercises in coordination with client and platform teams.
• Provide implementation, testing, and validation evidence across Development, Testing, UAT, Staging, and Production environments, as applicable.
• Coordinate capacity assessments and performance reviews to ensure system stability and scalability.
• Support security and access reviews in accordance with approved governance and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and validation of patches, hotfixes, service packs, and minor application upgrades.
• Participate in and document backup restoration and disaster recovery testing activities.
• Maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, operational procedures, changes, and recovery processes.

• Experience with database and application technologies supporting assigned ArcGIS Enterprise, reporting, integrations, content management, and custom applications.
• Demonstrated experience in system monitoring, scheduled job management, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Experience supporting application/database patching, hotfixes, service packs, and minor upgrades.
• Knowledge of backup validation, recovery testing, and disaster recovery processes.
• Ability to provide operational and deployment evidence across Development, Testing, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Experience with security, access control, and configuration management activities.
• Clear distinction between administration of managed SaaS platforms and hands-on ownership of databases, servers, infrastructure, and application environments under direct control.
