Job summary

Linnk Group is seeking a Lead Business Analyst specialized in Data Management & Analytics to drive critical data initiatives for a major banking client in Riyadh. You will own the data lifecycle, govern data assets, and deliver KPI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

This yearly renewable contract role requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong SQL, data warehousing knowledge, and the ability to align regulatory standards like NDMO and PDPL with enterprise data initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Business Analysis, Data Management, Analytics, or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and data analysis across relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating BRDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data requirements gathering and BRD creation.
• Design and enforce data governance, metadata, and CDEs.
• Develop KPI/KRI dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with NDMO and PDPL.
• Perform complex SQL queries across warehouses and data lakes.
